Fully Designed and Manufactured by Grupo ITM

The industrial warehouses developed by Grupo ITM are built using a fully steel structural system, entirely designed and manufactured in-house to ensure precision, durability, and efficient on-site assembly.

Main components:

Steel Columns: Manufactured from high-strength structural steel profiles, precisely cut and welded in accordance with international standards. Anchored using expansion or embedded bolts.

Primary and Secondary Beams: Fabricated using I or H steel sections, structurally designed based on the spans required by the project. They form the load-bearing framework for roofs and mezzanines if applicable.

Roofing and Cladding: Roofing made of trapezoidal galvanized steel sheets or insulated sandwich panels, depending on the clientÕs thermal and acoustic requirements. Installed over steel purlins.

Anchoring System: Includes anchor bolts specifically designed according to the structural loads and foundation type. Manufactured in strict compliance with structural blueprints.

Steel Joints and Accessories: Base plates, gussets, brackets, and galvanized fasteners ensure safe and efficient assembly of all structural elements.
