The industrial warehouses developed by Grupo ITM are built on a 100% steel structural system, custom-designed and fabricated in-house to ensure efficiency, structural integrity, and rapid on-site installation.

Main Components:

Structural Steel Columns: Manufactured using high-strength structural steel profiles, precisely cut and welded under international standards. Anchored using embedded or mechanical bolts, depending on foundation type.

Primary and Secondary Beams: Made from rolled or welded I or H steel profiles, engineered according to project span and load requirements. They support the roof structure and additional building elements.

Roofing and Cladding: Installed using trapezoidal sheet panels or insulated sandwich panels, fixed to steel purlins. Optional translucent sheets can be added for natural daylight utilization.

Anchor Bolts and Steel Fittings: All structural connections are made using base plates, gussets, stiffeners, and high-strength bolts, ensuring rigidity and ease of assembly on-site.

Protective Finish: All steel components can be hot-dip galvanized or coated with industrial-grade paint, depending on the environmental and usage conditions of the project.
